These Terms of Trade apply to the supplier-customer relations in the field of reconditioning toner and ink cartridges for laser and inkjet printers, copiers and fax machines, and in the sale of consumables, office supplies, printers and copiers. These terms are binding on sales of our goods, customer services and on end-users.
The customer (purchaser) who purchases our goods for resale is obliged to state this fact and to submit the following indentures to the supplier (retailer): a copy of trading certificate, an extract from the Companies Register, and Certificate of VAT Payer Registration. The customer is bound to keep indentures up to date in case of change.
The customer is bound to familiarize itself with the aforementioned Terms of Trade before ordering the goods. After ordering goods, the customer is regarded as having acknowledged the trading conditions and having agreed with them.
The customer voluntarily provides personal data to the supplier and gives consent to its processing, storage and recording for the purpose of entering into contract with the supplier. The supplier does not provide any personal data acquired in such a manner to any third party, except to the forwarders, and only in order to deliver the goods. Only the minimum amount of personal data necessary for fulfillment of the contract between customer and supplier is provided. The customer’s personal data is protected against misuse.
The customer does not acquire any right to use the registered trade-marks, business names, corporate identities, and the supplier’s or other companies’ patents whose goods are offered in the supplier’s business proposal, unless otherwise stated.
With respect to the reconditioning of toner and ink cartridges and compatible consumable supplies, brand and producer names are given only for the specification of goods. The given producers do not participate in the manufacture of goods offered by our company or in our services at this point (pictures of the reconditioned cartridges at www.mptoner.cz show the original cartridges).
Customers who buy our goods above a certain amount online may take advantage of bonuses. The range of set bonuses and prices is available on the “Bonuses” site. Prices are given without VAT.
All given prices at www.mptoner.cz are without 19% VAT.
The seller (supplier) lists current prices at www.mptoner.cz.
The supplier reserves the right to change prices. Until payment has been fully settled, goods remain the property of MP Toner Ltd.

3. via internet: you can find the e-shop at our internet address www.mptoner.cz, which enables you fast and easy shopping (after registration and negotiation of individual price terms)
The written order must contain the following information:
business name (individuals give their first name and last name)
head office (invoice address) of the customer
delivery address (if different from the invoice address)
the company registration number (IČO), tax identification number (DIČ) provided the customer is a registered VAT payer
order number and the name of goods given in the supplier’s price list
the number of pieces of goods
the first name and last name of the authorized representative of the customer
phone number
the required method of delivery of ordered goods and the method of payment
The order is not considered as accepted until the order form is provided with all obligatory information. The time of delivery starts to run from this date.
When ordering the reconditioning of toner and inkjet cartridges, the customer is obliged to send the empty cartridges together with the order.
Goods are either paid in cash upon receipt at our sample store: Drozdovice 2a, or upon delivery by the forwarder (within a 50 km radius only), or payable on delivery through the shipping service. By mutual consent, invoices for advance payment are made out only for orders above CZK 10 000 without VAT. In such cases goods are reserved for you until the invoice maturity date. After we receive payment into our account, the goods will be immediately sent to your address. If your payment is more than 10 days late, your advance invoice and your order will be cancelled. In case of default payment of the advance invoice, your goods will be shipped after the payment at the earliest possible date. Payment by invoice is possible only with long-standing customers who have demonstrated good payment morals.
The postage and packing charge for sending the goods via the shipping service (shipment within one working day) is CZK 95 (without 19% VAT), if the price of the order is higher than CZK 10 000 (without VAT), shipment is free of charge.
The shipment period is 2 days; we reserve the right to make changes.
The supplier delivers goods to the customer’s address as given in the order. The installation of purchased goods is not part of the delivery. The customer takes receipt of goods together with an invoice. If the customer does not take receipt of goods at the agreed address and arranged time, it will pay all expenses connected with the shipment of goods and also those expenses connected with the reshipment.
The customer specifies the delivery method in the order; the following options are possible:
1. receipt in person at the supplier’s sample store – Drozdovice 2a, Prostějov, postal code 796 01
2. free of charge delivery by the supplier within a 50km radius
3. delivery via Czech Post
4. delivery via PPL shipping service
